2nd Quarter Reflection

a.) I've gained valuable insights into my own work patterns and time management habits through this period of self-reflection. The most significant discovery has been understanding that procrastination isn't simply laziness, but often stems from deeper issues like fear of failure, or feeling overwhelmed. This awareness has helped me understand my triggers and patterns, making me more conscious of when and why I tend to put things off.   b.)
