3rd Quarter Reflection

 This third quarter, one thing that I discovered in myself is how to properly manage my sleeping schedule, resulting in better focus and productivity. And how will I use it for the next available days of my life.

Since this quarter is aligned with holidays, most of the time I tend to sleep late at night and early in the morning. My circadian rhythm has changed, as a result, I woke up at lunchtimes, mentally retarded and unable to help with the chores inside n outside the house.


 Gladly, I was able to address these challenges of mine by entertaining my brain to sleep as early as possible, like setting a time for my screentime, 6 hours minimum, and proceeding to sleep before 10 p.m hits. 


 Moving on, I will continue to follow my good sleeping habit to eschew any further problems associated to my welfare and well-being.
